Current coordinator of Operational Support at the Maintenance Center for LATAM Airlines Brazil in São Carlos (in the interior of São Paulo state), he has 16 years of experience in aviation. Earned a postgraduate degree from Embry-Riddle Aviation Management and an aircraft maintenance technician, Everton has been responsible for important innovation projects within LATAM. Within this initiative, some standouts are: the first synchronous online training for aircraft maintenance technicians in Brazil approved by the National Agency of Civil Aviation (ANAC); pioneered use of augmented reality in aircraft maintenance in Latin America; use of drones for aircraft inspections; use of a 3D scanner for reverse engineering in manufacturing components, parts, and tools; in addition to the use of an autonomous robot for automatic logistics of materials.
