Profile

Juan Gonzalez is the General Manager of Engine Operations at Delta TechOps. In his role he is responsible for the Rolls-Royce (Trent and BR715) and Pratt & Whitney GTF Engine Programs.

Juan joined Delta Air Lines in 2017, leading teams in Repair Development and Component Engineering. He joined the Engine Maintenance team in 2022, and has continued to strengthen Delta’s partnerships with Rolls-Royce and Pratt & Whitney.

Prior to joining Delta, Juan spent 14 years working at StandardAero across various roles including engineering, reliability, and engineering services focused on optimizing cost in military and commercial programs.

Juan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
