Profile

Guillermo F. Hoppe is an accomplished aviator and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in commercial and corporate civil aviation and diverse business ventures. He has expertise in aviation services and personnel recruitment, mentoring, coaching, and international representation, including serving as the Representative of Costa Rica to the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

As a member of the International Aviation Climate Ambition Coalition (IACAC), he successfully championed and encouraged ICAO's adoption of a long-term global aspirational goal (LTAG) for international aviation of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
