Otavio Cavalett joined Boeing in 2022 as Sustainability Policy and Partnership Leader for Latin America & Caribbean, based in São Paulo. Before Boeing, Otavio has worked for more than 15 years as scientific researcher in Brazil, Sweden, Italy and Norway in topics related to quantitative sustainability analysis of decarbonization options for the transport sector, with focus on biofuel. He was co-author of the last two IPCC reports and published more than 70 scientific papers. He holds a bachelor, masters and PhD in engineering from the University of Campinas.
