Rafael Gómez Miaja, CEO, MRO Iberoamerica is a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer with a MBA from London Business School. He started his career in the cement industry, then founded a consulting firm called Growth & Profit consulting, specialized in evolution strategies for family businesses in diverse sectors. He continued as a serial entrepreneur with ventures in the real estate, fintech and beauty industries. In more recent years ventured in aviation as an investor and CEO in MRO Iberoamerica, focused on heavy maintenance and paint for passengers and cargo airlines, lessors and military aircraft.
