Cesar Gomez Tavera is the Regional Head of Customer Support at Airbus Latin America and the Caribbean. In his current role, Cesar is leading the Airbus Customer Support team in the Latin America region, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the operation of the Airbus aircraft. He has accumulated more than a decade of international experience in the aviation industry.
Before arriving at his current position in Airbus Latin America, Cesar held numerous roles for the Airbus organization in Germany, France, and Singapore. His technical and customer services experience, has given him a broad knowledge in Aircraft production, maintenance, operations, and supply chain.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida in Tampa, USA and a Masters degree in Mechatronics from the University of Ravensburg in Weingarten, Germany.
Cesar was born and raised in Colombia; he is fluent in German, French, English, and Spanish.
